That experience includes crypto infrastructure, wallets and exchanges, OTC and liquidity operations, stablecoins, crypto payments, treasury and asset operations, financial operations, accounting and reconciliation, vendor selection and negotiation, and project and implementation management.
The result is a perspective shaped by actually building and operating these functions — rather than advising on them from the outside.
